The Mansion

The Mansion is a stealth game I've been trying to build upon for a while. The player sneaks around this mansion as a journalist, trying to uncover the hidden secrets behind various disappearances that have been happening in town. 

She searches the rooms for various clues and stumbles upon a ring that opens a door to the basement, which is where the current gameplay takes place.

The player uses a torch/light mechanic to see traps, but that also attracts patrolling guards. Their goal is to find a word in each room, which is located at the door to the next room.
